[Product Description]

・For each type, the prototype was a press door budget car from 1954 to 1952. Ohayuni 61 is an early model with a mail slot. Vertical toys are round tubes for Oha and Ohafu, and square tubes for Ohani and Ohauni. - Faithfully reproduces the unique features of the 61 series passenger car, such as the equalizer type TR11 bogie, the sabot holder located directly below the passenger window, and one more set of windows than the 43 series passenger car. -The coupler is a truck mount Arnold coupler. ・The taillight on the emergency room side of Ohafu 61, Ohani 61, and Ohauni 61 lights up (with a light off switch). In addition, the inspection notation on the lighting side is already printed. -The ventilator is a separate part, and the roof and ventilator are set in dark gray. The color of the chairs inside the car is brown. - Compatible with DCC.

Product introduction

The 60 series passenger cars are 3,500 steel-bodied cars that were remodeled using the underframes of wooden passenger cars to increase transportation capacity and ensure safety after the war. In addition to third-class cars and luggage cars, there were also many types of mail and luggage cars. It was used on local trains all over the country until its later years as an old-style passenger car.

A 60 series passenger car is now available in KATO's lineup of old passenger cars. Faithfully reproduces the OHA 61 series, which is the largest of the 60 series groups and is aimed south of Honshu. Like the 43 series passenger cars, it has 1m wide side windows, but the seats are spaced narrower than the 43 series, so there is one more set of windows, and the sabot holder is placed directly below the passenger window. By combining the traction machine and each vehicle, you can recreate the various formations seen on local trains in the steam locomotive era.
