Nousaku's tin is 100% pure. Other metals are usually added to give it hardness, but Nousaku's tin does not contain any of them.
100% tin is soft and can be easily bent by hand, depending on the shape and thickness.
After use, wash with a soft sponge and kitchen detergent (neutral). If the luster becomes dull, use baking soda.
However, do not use metal polish or baking soda on the gold leaf part on the inside. Also, since tin (100%) is soft, do not rub it with a hard scrubbing brush, etc.
The surface may be scratched. Since it has a low melting point, do not place it near a fire. Since it is a metal, it cannot be used in a microwave oven. Do not use dishwashers or dryers as they may become hot.
