The album, which took over two years to create, was recorded at AILE STUDIO in Dublin. This new album, completed by producer Nicky Ryan, lyricist Roma Ryan, and Enya, was originally intended to be a Christmas album. Enya says of the album, ``I always wanted to make a Christmas album, but as we recorded it, the theme became more than just Christmas.''
