At first glance, I'm satisfied. It flashed when I unpacked it. But you can press on the thicker end, the buckle, for about 3 seconds. It lights up, flashes, or you can turn it off. Great. The charging cable is great! I'll have to see how long it lasts. I usually use it in the fall/winter on the way back from shopping; it's safer. I like it. Great price. Christiane April 25, 2025
