It is an elastic band (NOT LACE) decorative elastic band - narrow width 1 cm. I do not measure the length because it is not what I expected. It is a decorative elastic band, a nice pattern, not very stretchy - it will lie because it will not be useful to me. I expected a slightly wider lace - the purchase was not a hit. I am disappointed in the wrong description.
