LED curing lights have become popular in developed countries in Europe and America, and have proven their reliability in the field of light curing. The blue light of the light-emitting diode used in this machine can cure the light-curing composite resin with a sensitive wavelength of 420-480nmwhich is used for dental restoration. The life of the light-emitting diode is long, which can greatly reduce the maintenance cost of the machine in the future. it generates almost no heat when working, so there is no need for fan cooling, eliminating the trouble caused by noise and vibration generated in traditional machines. This machine uses a large-capacity lithium battery for power supply. it can be used continuously for 130-200 times on a single charge (about 4-8hours). The machine also has an intelligent battery detection circuit function. When the battery is low, it will automatically alarm and flash. In addition, since there is no wire to restrain it, it is very convenient to use. The light intensity adopts a two-stage design, first with weak light, and then with strong light for rapid curing. This can inhibit the resin surface from shrinking too quickly and avoid cracks between the resin surface and the edge of the tooth cavity. Precautions
1)Please do not turn on the machine while charging
2) The interval between continuous use of this machine should be more than 60 seconds
3) When used clinically, the light source should be directly irradiated on the cured resin material to prevent improper irradiation position from affecting the curing effect
4) The original light shielding sheet provided by the manufacturer must be used to effectively prevent blue light from harming the eyes.Blue light is strictly prohibited from irradiating the eyes
5) When the light guide has obvious damage or cracks that affect the light, please replace it with a new one
6) Disinfection of the light guide: please wipe the surface with clean water or disinfectant, and cannot be disinfected at high temperature
7)The electrodes at both ends of the battery should not touch metal to avoid short circuit and damage to the battery.
8) The original power adapter must be used for charging. Other charging cables may cause damage to the lithium battery and the control circuit
9) After charging, the charger plug should be unplugged from the power socket
10)it is strictly forbidden to disassemble the battery without;ff)lt cannot be used in an environment with flammable anesthetics mixed with air or flammable anesthetics mixed with nitrous oxide
