Add ice, salt, and water to the yo-yo, then add orange juice or other ice cream ingredients.
Close the lid and play for about 3 minutes. As the ingredients stir, the inside of the yo-yo cools to about -7°C (measured temperature), creating ice cream.
You can also make ice cream by removing the string and rolling it.
