Product Description
This is a 1/48 scale plastic assembly kit for the Messerschmitt Bf109 G-6.
Based on meticulous research into the actual aircraft, the parts have been carefully divided and aligned to achieve a faithful reproduction.
The DB605B engine and MG131 in the nose are also reproduced.
After assembly, the engine cowling can be opened or closed by swapping parts.
The duralumin Junkers drop tanks can be assembled in three different styles, with or without underside cutouts and with or without a fabric rear fairing. Removable polycaps allow for easy assembly.
Two types of bulletproof steel plates are available: standard and a Garland Panzer with bulletproof glass.
Three types of marking options are available, along with masking stickers. Includes explanatory materials about the actual aircraft.
We recommend using "86505 AS-5 Light Blue" for the main paint job.
