How to use: Each pump of cream contains approximately 1.3g of USP progesterone 20mg. This product bottle contains approximately 65 pumps. Massage one pump of product onto soft skin areas such as wrists, inner arms, thighs, neck, abdomen, and chest 1-2 times daily. Alternate between areas. Women of childbearing age should use for 14 days before their period, then stop when their period begins. Menopausal women should use for 21 days, then stop for 7 days. These are general recommendations and the duration of use can be adjusted based on individual needs.
