How to use: Keep baby upright when drinking Greif Water. Do not feed to a crying baby. Administer a few drops slowly at a time, ensuring baby swallows well each time. Drop slowly toward the side of the mouth/inside of the cheek. Use the syringe or dropper provided or measure the amount into a slow-flow bottle. Do not mix with formula or breast milk. Give separately from feedings. Do not give to infants under 2 weeks of age or weighing less than 3.2 kg (7 lbs). Age Dosage When taken daily 2-6 weeks 1 ml up to 15 times 6-10 weeks 2 ml up to 15 times 10 weeks to 6 months 5 ml up to 6 times Tilt the vitamin D drop container and gently squeeze to create a single drop. Place one drop daily on the mother’s nipple or nipple pacifier, or mix with formula, breast milk, juice, or other food. Do not feed directly into infant’s mouth. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Suggested serving size: 1 drop daily. Gas Relief Shake well before use. See the chart below for the correct dose. If possible, use the dose based on weight or age. Use only the enclosed syringe. Do not use any other syringe, dropper, spoon, or measuring device when giving your child the medicine. Open the cap and insert the syringe into the bottle. Pull the syringe and fill to the directed amount. If you have exceeded the directed amount, gently press the back of the syringe until the directed amount has been reached. Inject slowly into the child's mouth (inside the cheek). All doses may be repeated after meals and at bedtime, if necessary, or as directed by your doctor. Do not exceed 12 doses per day. You may also mix the dose with 1 oz of cold water, formula, or other appropriate liquid.
