For kits: Polar Light 878, 880 (sold separately). Back by popular demand, ParaGrafix presents all-brass engine grills for Polar Lights' 1/350 scale Star Trek: The Original Series USS Enterprise kit. The kit was designed from the ground up by renowned Enterprise expert Gary Kerr, who used artwork based on the dimensions of the actual filmed miniature, working with the Smithsonian Institution during its recent refit. Apart from the warp engine and pylon grilles, the set also includes: three styles of speculative impulse engine grilles, revised engine crisp covers from the second pilot episode, and a drill template to correct an initial release of the model's improperly placed saucer window.
