NO LIGHT? IS THE ITEM FAULTY?:
- Please place the LED tube into the device, it may be a little tight.
- If the LED light does not turn on, kindly remove, and place it in again, this time adjusting it a little.
- Most common issue, is that the LED tube is not placed well into the device, causing no light. Adjusting it will resolve the issue.
