It was too small

I have a useless pair of trainers that come in UK size 6.5 when I ordered uk 8.5, so I contacted them and they are trying to tell me I ordered that size, why would I do that when my feet are a size 8.5 and have been all my adult life so I give in they are a useless waste of space, buyers beware
