How to use the product: Add 1 scoop to 8-12oz of water and mix. Adjust the amount of water to achieve desired flavor. For best results, reload on your workout or non-workout days as follows: Workout days: Take one serving in the late afternoon or evening during your morning workout. If exercising in the evening, take one serving early in the morning. Rest days: Take 1 serving 1 to 2 times daily between meals. For best results: Take with NutraBio PRE and INTRA BLAST on workout days. Take INTRA BLAST 30 minutes before exercise and RELOD as directed. A measuring scoop is included.
