Brake Bleeding Kit

Pneumatic brake bleeding kit provides easy one-person operation using standard air supply (90-120 psi / 6-8 bar). It works quickly, efficiently and unrivaled, without requiring any specialist attachments.. It allows direct bleeding of the brake system via the connector and enables a complete replacement of the fluid in the brake system. The kit does not require any additional equipment. Usage: 1. Make sure the hoses are tightly connected to the appropriate connectors. 2. Connect the kit to an air supply with the appropriate pressure (90-120 psi / 6-8 bar). Make sure the hose is connected properly and there are no air leaks. 3. Once you have found the bleeding point, place the tip of the kit on the bleeding point.. Then use the trigger or lever on the kit to begin bleeding. 4. While bleeding, observe the brake fluid in the clear tube or brake fluid reservoir to make sure it is clean and free of air bubbles. 5. Repeat this process for each bleeding point in the brake system, starting with the point farthest from the brake fluid reservoir and ending with the point closest to the reservoir. 6. Once bleeding is complete, make sure the brake fluid level in the reservoir is correct.. Add liquid if necessary. 7. Once you have finished bleeding, test the brakes to make sure they operate properly. Important! 1. Always adhere to the recommended air pressure range (90-120 psi / 6-8 bar). Using too high a pressure can damage the brake system. 2. When working with the kit, make sure the work area is well ventilated. Air released from the brake system may contain harmful fumes. 3. Brake fluid can cause skin irritation and damage clothing.. In case of contact with the liquid, immediately rinse skin with water and remove contaminated clothing. 4. Before each use, inspect the condition of the kit, including hoses, tips and connectors, to ensure there is no damage or air leaks. 5. Keep out of reach of children and animals.
