For some reason I thought there were a pair of them. But no, just one. The fabric is dense. My wrist is 18 cm in circumference, so it fits very tightly, although the fabric stretches well. But the Velcro fastens to the very edge. After 15 minutes of wearing it, it pressed very hard near the thumb. I took it off and wrapped it like a wristband. It holds the wrist well. I recommend it for a thin hand, up to 17 cm in circumference.
