1) cant keep connection with my android phone. tried resetting etc. nothing helps! 2) counts steps while I sleep 3) keeps changing the time/date etc 4) joom support asks to make a video of the watch following about 15 steps of instructions in order to accept it back and send me an other watch. didnt ask for a refund, but for an other WORKING watch. They demand a video with time consuming instructions. and what? I keep filming waiting for the watch to disconnect ???🤣 for 25eu? not worth it!! their support and refund policy is a disgrace!
Not happy at all. Battery lasts only 1day.
Software program unstable and erratic
The color of the belt inconsistent with the order was supposed to be white, gray was delivered, I am not satisfied Please exchange or send the right color in this case white or Black 😟😟😪. I do not recommend buying this product to anyone, within two weeks the battery barely held, in the third week it was completely dead, the watch is suitable for throwing away, nothing works, it does not charge at all, I contacted these matters for a complaint, a 50% refund was offered, whoever to return the change since the Watch is to be thrown away?
