Hi there i dont know what to say about this item because mine is not working at all it can be good or it very bad quality i really have no idea or can be faulty from the factory .from my experience I think this is a very poor quality for that reason I don't recommend for anyone one so please make sure you get quality items or make sure you can get your full refund.

Have used this product for a few days now and I find that it works quite well for battery🔋operated. I found it does help ease pain in the neck and shoulders (when you add the pads for shoulders). Perfect for everyone as simple to use. Would recommend.

So far o. Are I al today I've used this on my neck accordingly to the instructions provided. Wow...it really helped and took away all tension and discomfort. If anyone can advise me on how to further use the magnetic patches that would be great.
