A definitive travel guidebook website Rurubu has collaborated with Hachi Foods, which launched Japan's first domestically produced curry powder, to release a regional Japan curry series! This instant curry series is inspired by the regional characteristics of Osaka, Hokkaido, Kyoto, Okinawa, Hiroshima, Kobe, Kaoshima, Aomori, Kanazawa, and Yokohama to bring the taste of travel right to your table at home. Hokkaido Cheese Butter (180g) A rich sauce of cheese, butter, and milk with a rich sauce of cheese, butter and milk, and chopped potatoes for a rich and mellow curry taste. Spiciness: 3/5 Osaka Sweet & Spicy Beef (180g) The sweetness of apple and honey and spicy black pepper in the sauce with sauteed onions and Worcestershire sauce add richness and thickness for a sweet, yet spicy flavor. Spiciness: 3/5 Kyoto Dashi (180g) The broth like curry made with two types of dashi (fermented bonito flakes and mackerel flakes), as well as shichimi (seven spice) for a complex flavor profile. Spiciness: 3/5 Kobe Red Wine Beef Stew (180g) Mild, deep beef curry is sweetened and enriched with sauteed onions and chutney, and slowly stewed with Kobe red wine. Kobe Wine is, as the name suggests, made from Kobe grapes, and perfected in Kobe's sunny, warm climate. Kurobuta pork is characterized by its tender, slightl sweat meat without a strong "gamey" taste or smell.
