Product Introduction
This is a 1/144 scale plastic assembly kit of the Thunderbolt Mk.I fighter plane operated by the Royal Air Force during World War II.
This kit recreates the "Razorback" type, featuring an integrated canopy and rear fuselage.
The distinctive pointed fuselage shape of the early production D-type, which earned it the nickname "Razorback," is also realistically reproduced.
Four markings are available for the RAF aircraft.
You can build either the dark green/ocean gray camouflage, the standard paint scheme for British fighters in the latter half of WWII, or the dark green/dark earth camouflage, the standard paint scheme for the Asian theater.
The nationality markings for the Asian theater are also available in blue/light blue to prevent confusion with the Japanese flag.
This two-plane set not only offers a chic appeal distinct from the original U.S. Army Thunderbolt, but also a unique charm that sets it apart from standard British fighters.
This product is a plastic model that requires assembly and painting.
Separate adhesives, tools, and paints are required for assembly and painting.
