Directions for Use: Wash with warm, soapy water before first use. Rinse and dry thoroughly before use. To fill in the microwave, simply turn over and lift the tab at the bottom to fill the single-use container in one go. Place the pills in the appropriate labeled compartments. Be careful not to change the day of the week as you fill it. Close the bottom compartment tightly before turning. Lift the tab at each compartment to remove the pills. Bottom: Turn over and open the lid to fill. Top note: Individual compartments can be opened to remove the pills
