How to Use
Shake.
Press gently.
Massage.
Shake well before use. With the applicator pointing downward, gently press the tube, then roll the ball onto the skin and apply a thin layer of product to the required area. Gently massage into the skin three times daily or as needed. If applying a heat or ice pack, wait five minutes before applying the Arnicare Roll-On.
Precautions

Do not use if you are allergic to Arnica Montana or any of the other ingredients in this product.
When using this product:
Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, or damaged or irritated skin.
Use only as directed. May cause dryness or irritation.
Do not bandage or tighten the treated area excessively.
Avoid exposing the affected area to heat or cold immediately before or after using this product.
Stop use and consult a doctor if:
Symptoms persist for more than 3 days or worsen.
Symptoms improve but return within a few days.
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention or contact a local emergency center.
Do not use if the sealed box end is open.
Use within 6 months of opening.
