Product Description: Supplement Pregnenolone is the starting point for all steroid hormones in the body. The conversion of pregnenolone in the body follows different pathways depending on the individual's needs. Directions: Take 1 tablet 1-2 times daily. Some people find that 1/2 tablet is sufficient. Do not exceed 50 mg per day. Do not use for more than 30 days. Regularly evaluate your blood hormone levels (estrogen, testosterone, DHEA) with your doctor. Pregnenolone use may increase DHEA levels, and DHEA may increase estrogen and testosterone levels.
