[Usage Instructions]
For a glossy finish: Apply to the entire upper and lower eyelids. Blend from the eye socket to below the lower lash line. Apply to desired areas such as the inner corners of the eyes and the waterline for added brilliance. For a matte finish: Use application methods A and D as above and finish with a defined line at the outer edge of the eyes on the lower lash line.
