■For customers who will be replacing sunglass lenses at the store after March 1, 2024. From March 1, 2024, if you bring your sunglasses to a store and have the lenses replaced, you may be charged an additional processing fee of ¥3,300 in addition to the lens price.
Customers who wish to have their lenses replaced at a store should show the store staff the [Product Shipping Email] showing the sunglasses they purchased and the shipping date within 6 months of the product being shipped, as there will be no processing fee for the first time, so please be sure to show the staff.
