■Product description

Octavix is ​​an effect pedal with modern improvements based on the classic concept of combining a fuzz sound with an octave up sound, a symbol of the late 1960s.

Housed in EHX's "nano" series housing and equipped with Volume/Boost/Octave controls.

The Volume control adjusts the overall volume, the Boost control adjusts the amount of fuzz, and the Octave control adjusts the volume of the octave-up tone.

The voltage applied to the entire circuit can be selected from 9V and 24V using the mini toggle switch located under the center of the pedal.

At 9V you'll get a classic, loose fuzz sound, and at 24V you'll get a tighter, richer octave-up tone.

Also, when the effect is off, it becomes true bypass.

The combination of a psychedelic design and blue LEDs, reminiscent of that era, helps create a vintage feel for this pedal.

Powered by 9V battery or 9.6DC-200 power adapter.

■Control

・BOOST: Adjusts the amount of fuzz (distortion).

- If you lower the guitar volume little by little while the BOOST control is set high, you can get a slightly broken fuzz sound.

・OCTAVE: Adjusts the volume of the signal above the octave. When turned fully counterclockwise, the signal above the octave is removed from the signal path.

・VOLUME: Adjust the volume of the effect sound.

・9/24V toggle switch: This switch switches the voltage of the power supply supplied to the entire circuit. When the switch is set to the "9" side, the circuit of this unit is supplied with 9V voltage power, and when set to the "24" side, 24V power is supplied. The 9V sound is reminiscent of classic fuzz from the mid-70s. 24V produces a tighter sound and a richer octave tone.
