Product Directions: Stir with a Spoon: Gold Standard 100% Whey™ is instantiated. That means if you didn't bring a shaker cup or don't have time to blend, just add one generous scoop of Gold Standard 100% Whey™ to a glass full of 6-8 oz of water or your favorite beverage. Then mix with a spoon. Mix for 30 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved. Tip: Experiment with the taste of Gold Standard 100% Whey™ by varying the amount of beverage used. For a stronger, sweeter flavor, mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. For a lighter, less sweet taste, mix 1 scoop in 8-10 oz.Shaker Cup: It's best to bring a shaker cup to the gym and get your protein right after your workout. Pour 6-8 oz of your favorite beverage into a shaker cup and then add 1 scoop of Gold Standard 100% Whey™.
