2) If you want to call with a Bluetooth headset, please install a Bluetooth headset as the call source: on the call screen, there are three call sources (phone/speakers/Bluetooth headset) and you must select the Bluetooth headset during the call. Please select the Bluetooth headset during the call.
3) When connected to a PC and using our Bluetooth headset, the PC microphone can be preferentially activated as the PC also has a built-in microphone. If you want to use our microphone, please select the microphone of our Bluetooth headset in the microphone selection area on the PC
4) If your voice does not reach the other party, please make sure that there is nothing wrong with your Bluetooth headset or that you are only talking to a specific person. If the trouble occurs, the other party may be experiencing some problems. Ask the person you are calling to check the settings on their phone;
5) If you think the volume is too low, adjust not only the volume on the headset, but also the volume of the connected device and the app you used at the same time!
◾️Built-in mute function
Our JBT900 has a microphone mute button on the Bluetooth headset; during a call, pressing the microphone mute button will announce [Mute on] and mute your sound, so the other party cannot hear you. This function is installed to protect your privacy. Press again to hear the announcement [Mute off] to cancel the mute function and continue the conversation; if you want to make a call, make sure to deactivate the microphone mute function. Note: When talking on a PC, the microphone mute function may not work well if there are compatibility issues. Please note that this is a product specification and not a defect.
◾️2.Due to the Bluetooth mechanism and wireless communication, problems such as sound cut-off (sound skipping), noise and interruptions may occur at times, but this is not a malfunction of the device.
(1) Move the device closer/change the position of the Walkman or smartphone: Bluetooth uses radio waves in the 2.4 GHz band and is therefore greatly affected by the environment in which it is communicating. (1) When the device is placed in the chest, trouser pocket or bag, sound interruption or noise may occur because the human body between the Bluetooth antenna of the earphone and the device acts as a ‘shield’, which interferes with Bluetooth transmission and reception, resulting in sound interruption.

3) If your phone is connected to many Bluetooth devices, the Bluetooth connection may be affected and you may lose sound even if you connect a Bluetooth headset; in this case, please deactivate all Bluetooth records in the Bluetooth field of your phone and pair it again. Pairing again.
(1) Please pay attention to the delay between the headset and your mobile phone. Be sure to adjust the volume on the headset and operate the mobile phone at the same time to avoid call quality problems. (iii) The pairing method with the mobile phone also allows you to reset the headset for successful pairing again, if the first pairing was successful but the second pairing failed.
