Adjustment :
1. Battery undervoltage adjustment : (Set the 10V undervoltage and shutdown output with 12V lead-acid battery as an example)
Connect the input to regulated power supply and adjust to 10V, adjust the undervoltage potentiometer (clockwise increase, counterclockwise decrease), until the fault indicator (red light) is on, the setting is OK; Then when the battery is discharged to 10V, The power supply is automatically cut off to protect the battery from damage.
Note: If it is not battery powered,do not need to set.
2. Output voltage adjustment : Connect the input to power supply (voltage is higher than undervoltage value), red light is off, blue light is on, connect output to a multimeter, adjust output voltage potentiometer to the required output voltage (CW increase, CCW decrease).
Note: Under normal condition, the red light is not on, the blue light is on, otherwise there is a faulty, please remove faulty them re-power.
3. Output current adjustment : ( for 12V lead-acid battery with 12V input, charging current 5A as an example)
Connect the input to 12V power supply, parallel the output to the multimeter, adjust constant current potentiometer (CW increase, CCW decrease), until the current shows the required value of 5A, remove the multimeter, and connect the battery to normally.
Note: For constant voltage equipment, only the maximum output current needs to be set.
