Smoky topaz does NOT exist in nature; it is an INCORRECT name. The proper name for this stone is RAUCHTOPAZ or SMOKY QUARTZ, and it is a variety of QUARTZ, NOT topaz. It resembles topaz in appearance, which is why it received that name, but this is merely a HISTORICAL MISTAKE. Rauchtopaz is a transparent mineral whose colour ranges from grey to dark brown. However, this does NOT looks as a quartz either for its green colour. This is highly likely a GLASS! 😠🤦🏻‍♀️ I request that the seller CORRECT the NAME and REDUCE the PRICE ACCORDINGLY FOR QUARTZ. In this instance I will claim a full refund ⛔ SELLER STOP CHEATING CUSTOMERS!!! ⛔
