I wrote to you that I only received the bikini top from you and you wrote to me that I will get my money back. Now that I have complained about the money that has not arrived on my credit card I have seen that the money for the bikini top is also missing! I ask you to check your payments once again. I was on holiday and I did not look to see if the money was sent. But now I have checked my E-Banking and I have not found the money for the jacket or the bikini! I could show you my E-Banking and you could see that both items have not been refunded to me. I would like the money to be returned to my credit card as soon as possible.! Thank you Ines Lingenhag

Absolute rubbish, these do not fit into the sockets of the house. I will be getting in touch with Joom for assistance with these as, they are potentially a fire hazard. Still awaiting reimbursement from Joom, there is no urgency whatsoever with this issue, even though it could be a fire hazard !!! Tried to claim on this but, was informed that I had to pay for the return postage, this was dearer than the ultrasonic units themselves. A waste of time and money.

Everything has arrived in a very reasonable time, and before the date they estimated... The packaging is very good, and the products fully comply with what they advertise and explain.... I only need to Test the Functioning of the 14 Items that I have purchased and received... (I have not had the Time), but it can be seen that it is all of Quality and without problems... "Joom" surprised me...
