How to Use: Adults and children 6-12 years old (adult supervision required) Spray 2-3 times into each nostril, no more than once every 10-12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours. How to Use by Pumping: Hold the actuator, squeeze the cap and turn it, hold the bottom of the bottle with your thumb and hold the nozzle between your fingers.
